Lloyd EcoDistrict believes that sustainable and resilient communities are ones where you know your neighbors and people feel connected. Livable Lloyd is a way for the community to come together and focus on projects and issues that are important to the people who are living or working in the neighborhood. By coming together to share experiences, concerns or passions, people can get to know each other better and work towards making Lloyd a more sustainable community. Lloyd EcoDistrict has hosted several community outreach efforts, such as Lloyd Listens, to hear what the community would like to focus on. Livable Lloyd is the way that we can make these projects come to life. Lloyd EcoDistrict staff works with community members to move these projects and initiatives forward with the goal of having truly community-led projects.
